The stylish and vibrant Brasserie at Pennyhill Park Hotel and Spa has enjoyed an extensive refurbishment to become one of the most enjoyable destinations in Surrey for informal yet chic dining. From spectacular lunchtime buffets to the tantalising new Early Bird choices and mouth-watering a la carte menu in the evenings, the Brasserie has something to suit every palate.
The Brasserie’s new menu reflects its full support of local producers and keeping in tune with the seasons. Designed by Head Chef Iain Inman, the specialities include a Home Smoked and Cured Fish and a Crustacean Plate, consisting of Maldon oysters, crab, langoustines, prawns and shrimp and main courses such as saddle of Sussex mutton, boulangere of shoulder, shallot puree, olive and garlic jus.
Every Sunday, the already buzzing Brasserie comes alive to the sounds of the fabulously talented “Jubilee Jazz Trio” as seen on TV and heard on the radio! So whilst you enjoy the mouth-watering delights of the buffet, including the traditional roasts and seasonal seafood dishes with all the trimmings, the jazz band will keep you entertained - they even do requests! |

Buffet Lunch:
Served from 12:00 to 14:30 Monday to Friday, and 13:00 to 15:00 on Sunday.
Dinner:
Served from 17:00 to 22:00, Monday to Friday.
Served from 18:00 to 22:00 on Saturday.
Served from 19:00 to 22:00 on Sunday. |

A small number of restaurants request credit card details to confirm bookings. Credit card information entered at booking time will only be passed to the restaurant if the booking party does not turn up and no cancellation has been made.
