El Pic Tapas Bar is an independent restaurant, owned and run by Richard Stiles who is half Spanish and half English. At El Pic, all of the tapas dishes are cooked freshly to order. Traditionally, tapas are served in a steady flow for a great shared dining experience, and not necessarily all at exactly the same time.
